How to use

1. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down 4 times.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other.
3. Spray once while breathing in gently through the nose.
4. Repeat in the other nostril. Use 1 to 3 times daily, as needed.
5. If unused for more than 7 days, reprime with 4 sprays.
