How to use

1. Swallow capsules whole with water – do not chew
2. Adults, the elderly, and children 16+: Take 2 Day capsules every 4–6 hours as needed, followed by 2 Night capsules at bedtime
3. Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours
4. Do not use for longer than 3 days without medical advice

Day Capsules: Paracetamol 500 mg, Caffeine 25 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 6.1 mg. Other ingredients: maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate, talc, gelatin, colours (quinoline yellow E104, titanium dioxide E171, patent blue V E131, erythrosine E127).
